I bring a progressive career within the restaurant industry where I managed both franchise and corporate store operations. My skillset is multidimensional and includes strategic planning, P&L, operations management, and business development. Those skills, coupled with a strong competitive streak, the drive of an entrepreneur, and the fact that I just love what I do, have helped me achieve both professional and personal objectives. During my career, I built, launched, and scaled my own franchise concept. I was fortunate to have been mentored by George Naddaff, a visionary recognized as The Franchise Guru in Fortune Magazine (my business partner for 8+ years). I built the operational infrastructure, designed the marketing strategy, and created a thriving business. Our concept won Best New Airport Concept at the ARN Conference. My expertise in the restaurant industry in general and franchising in particular is comprehensive, from vision through branding, process implementation, compliance with all federal or state requirements, and store layout, menu design, and service. As a people leader, I strive to engage and empower teams as I want individuals to be proud of the work they do and the company they serve. I also make sure teams have the training, tools, and resources to be successful.
