I worked with Durr Ecoclean as a maintenance engineer covering various sites across the UK and Ireland for reactive / preventive maintenance and breakdowns. Ordering parts and boosting sales through effective communication and planning of pre planned maintenance and annual servicing.I would also cover the recruitment side of things having a technical understanding and recruitment experience in this field which went hand in hand - This was mainly sub contractors or Software engineers to re program new machines however I also recruited Product design and Maintenance Engineers for Germany, UK and Ireland.I did full machine overhauls working on valves, pumps, generators, electrical testing as well as working from schematic drawings, machine moves and full installations.

I was the lead consultant for Technical & Engineering starting the division from scratch and building it up like i have with my other positions. I focused heavily within the perm market on roles over £25,000 from Maintenance Engineers to Electrical Systems Engineers although i have a special interest within the Model making, pattern making and tool making sectors.I left due to illness before working within engineering to get a better overview of the sector I was passionate about.

This was a 6 month fixed term contract to setup a doctors division alongside a successful nursing division for 2 friends (Directors) I had previously worked with. This was turning over in excess of £17,000 a month at the time the contract was up - This could have been extended however, I had a 2 week old daughter at the end of the contract and the time spent being away and the hours I put in meant I couldnt fully support things at home.
