About Thomas Maguire

The semiconductor industry is evolving rapidly, driven by new demands from an increasingly diverse array of applications, including the IoT, 5G telecommunication, autonomous driving, virtual and augmented reality, and artificial intelligence (AI) and deep learning. IoT alone is expected to drive not only a huge demand for sensors, but a far more sophisticated cloud computing infrastructure that will employ the most advanced logic and memory chips available.★ This is what I've been working on for since 2008 at Cavendish Kinetics and previously at Intel.As an Engineering Manager and Manufacturing Operations Leader, I have now developed advanced skills in creating new technology roadmaps, leading process development vision, manufacturing equipment and fab strategies for MEMS, IC and Semiconductor products.
