Main activities performed: To manage and develop a customer network of top jewelers in the North of Italy, on exclusive mandate of Crivelli Gioielli S.r.l.; effectively draw commercial strategies and run negotiations; execute the Sales Action Plan and coordinate with the factory to efficiently fulfill orders and provide high performance on customer service (from order taking/goods take-in to final delivery); carry out continuous market analysis and research on the dynamics of the account; provide useful feedback to Crivelli Gioielli S.r.l. to anticipate or face market evolution and increase customer loyalty and profitability (e.g. through the development of new models/items and marketing material or the arrangement of promoting events); interact and communicate with clients on a regular basis to determine their changing needs; check and support a suitable window display to retailers; represent Crivelli Gioielli at national and international trade fairs; conduct a yearly account review together with the country director
