Today I work as claims handler focused on large machinery breakdowns and the possible consequences for the owner (large multinational companies). I thoroughly enjoy to solve complex claim situations in order to help the client from a) technical point of view in accordance with written terms and conditions, b) support the client all the way through and getting them to feel that they are not alone in this often severe and stressful situation. I feel comfortable in supporting the client to reach a positive outcome in order to minimize the impact from the loss. My earlier experience are among other things 10 year from assessing casualty and product risks for international manufacturing industries. In addition I have performed several seminars, workshops and training sessions for staff and employees on locations throughout Europe in risk awareness to avoid losses. For the last 6 years my focus has been managing claims that unfortunately sometimes occur.
