After 6 years at the Public Defender’s Office, Mr. Malone began private practice in Orlando, Florida. Tom continued to work in the field of criminal defense, and also pursued civil cases, including prosecuting false arrest cases. One of his false arrest cases took him to the 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, where he successfully argued and won a reversal of a prior dismissal for his client.In the last several years, Tom has focused on helping clients involved in traffic accidents in the Central Florida, Orlando area. He has also focused on helping clients with other traffic related issues such as civil traffic tickets and criminal traffic charges such as Driving While License Suspended and DUI.

After high school, Mr. Malone joined the U.S. Army, where he served for three years of active duty. Mr. Malone’s assignment in the army, as a Lance Missile Crewman, required a top secret security clearance, and except for his training in the United States, he served his entire military career overseas, in Germany.
