Business unit has $2.5 billion in annual revenue and a $400 million 5-year capital plan.Drive the operational and strategic planning processes, controls and monitors capital and expense spending, oversees project financial analyses, and coordinates the global project approval process.Oversees all project governance committees, advises project governance teams and supports project prioritization based on value to the business.Ensures compliant technical documentation as system owner of the engineering documentation management system.Accountable for Project Management training program and corporate relationship with the Project Management Institute.
