Capital Ambition is based within the Finance and Improvement Division at London Councils, the membership body for London local government.My primary focus has been leading the delivery of the London Ventures programme, an award winning partnership between London Councils and EY, that provides the public sector with access to innovative products and services as well as providing capacity for the public sector to apply innovation to key strategic challenges. We have provided access to innovative services and products to improve back offices functionality, financial systems, adult and children services. We have also undertaken work to address key strategic pan London challenges around homelessness and children and families. This work has both helped to generate savings, service efficiency and just as importantly improved outcomes for local communities and those in need or at risk.
