- Joined five person central leadership team for this statewide, grassroots organization focused on using targeted, direct voter outreach to elect progressives in North Carolina- Directed strategy, volunteer recruitment, volunteer training, and messaging for phone banking, text banking, and relational organizing programs targeting young voters- Provided support and strategy input and worked with volunteers across all FLIP programs, particularly the relational organizing program- Researched candidates and wrote content for FLIP website

- Launched Duke-based organization aimed at mobilizing students to take action to elect Democrats at all levels in NC- Designed and oversaw organizing infrastructure, including 21 person leadership/student organizing team that recruited and managed over 340 volunteers- Collaborated with North Carolina Democratic Party, FLIP NC, Organizing Together NC, and various state legislature and congressional campaigns to plan events and distribute volunteers- Group collectively made 60,000+ calls, sent 40,000+ texts, and wrote 1,000+ letters on behalf of NC Democrats, and ran a relational organizing program reaching 2,000+ Duke students

- Researched and co-wrote (along with a teammate in Scotland) a policy briefing paper analyzing the potential for community-based resource governance systems to contribute to a wellbeing economy - Worked closely with WEAll team members around the world throughout an extensive peer-review process
