Responsible for reaching out to potential clients, assessing their financial situation and developing a customized solution based off of their situation specifically.

My main duties are to oversee the sales floor and assist enrollment agents with accurately structuring clients files for underwriting approval, alleviating any concerns for prospective and enrolled clients and most importantly, keeping our agents motivated. A key part of my role is being well informed of our industry, Salesforce, and the day-to-day operations here at NDR. My main objective is to provide and execute support to areas of my conference and sales floor. Support can mean getting on a call and assisting with an enrollment, facilitating the structure of an application and working with UW, motivating my agents, and being an impactful floor presence.

Responsible for improving team of 8 people's production while managing my own production. Involved in helping with interview process for new sales agents coming on board.
