• In partnership with 2 other RMS Directors, I lead 197 person (160 US based, 37 Manila Philippines based) Revenue Management for Hire team.o As of December 2014 RMH was supporting over 1600 hotels in United States, Canada, Mexico and LAC. o RMH provides seven distinct revenue management products including our newly launched Foundational and Extended Stay Foundational Services • My direct responsibilities include managing diverse and global components of Revenue Management for Hire, including:o Four RMH Regional Director teams supporting IHG core brands with hands-on, tactical and strategic revenue management.o RMH Revenue Support Specialists teamo RMH Support Team based in Manila, Philippines consisting of an Operations Manager, two Team Managers and 35 support specialists.o AMER Revenue Management liaison with IHG Finance Department. Responsible for RMH QBR forecasts and all AMER Revenue Management Profit & Loss and General Ledger accuracy. o Coordinating all AMER Revenue Management team meetings, including Leadership and All Team meetings. Total attendees ranging from 25-300.

• Advanced within department to manage, develop, and empower team of eight Regional Revenue Managers supporting 100+ hotels. Fostered atmosphere of strong employee engagement. Zero employee turn over on my team since assuming role of Regional Operations Manager. • Directed 2011 team performance that balanced strong financial returns with exceptional hotel satisfaction.  2011 Team Overall Satisfaction Index score of 95.29%.  2011 Team RevPAR 105.76% of budget target. • Strategically expanded current RMS service offerings spanning scope of services, eligibility criteria, Revenue Manager Portfolio targets, MarketVision standards, and names for service models.• Pilot Member of Project Revolution steering committee responsible for creating frame work and capabilities for industry changing Reservation Management System.• Collaborated with EMEA RM for Hire Manager, James Burke to define and develop emerging service offerings for EMEA Region.

• Promoted to “Lead” role in 2008 to support Regional Operations Manager John Bishop in developing, motivating, empowering and coaching 10 Regional Revenue Managers.

• Optimized and controlled revenue management for portfolio of up to 15 hotels.

• Drove business development for Northern New England territory, providing exemplary consultative guidance to hotels on service initiatives, revenue management, quality and brand standards.
