Developed for PixelScope – Enterprise, the latest version of optical testing software for use with Wells Research, Inc test benches. It featured a revamped, user-friendly interface that improved from the previous software (PixelScope – Opticstudio), and was designed from the ground-up to be used with a large variety of hardware configurations. Configurations include the new ImageMaster Compact, the Sportscope, and any number of custom systems, as well as being a potential upgrade for any of the Wells Research products already in the field.Designed and implemented new features to support customer requests and to give the Enterprise similar capabilities to the Trioptics' ImageMaster software.Created a dynamic link library for use in Trioptics' ImageMaster software. The .dll permits the stepper motors used in the ImageMaster-Compact system to be accessed and controlled independently.Helped customers with installation and support questions via phone and email. Rapidly rolled out updates for customers when requested.Managed the company's website, software repository, and email system.Worked with vendors to solve driver/DLL conflicts when they arose.

Designed and implemented workflow planning macros in Microsoft Excel and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).Created VBA macros in Microsoft Word for project documentation, which was used in delivery to customers.Augmented the company’s existing Microsoft SharePoint services with new workflows for easy project management. Worked with Mercury IT department with the installation and upgrading of existing SharePoint 2007 to 2010. Worked with IT to deploy Nintex Workflow 2010, and subsequently recreated and improved upon current workflows, automating as much of the process as available.
