About Thomas Mansfield
My vision: A healing planet generating abundant living for all. I'm the founder at Pale Blue where I offer Coaching, Consulting and Communications all in service to Planetary Health. Self taught in many subjects as an autodidact I naturally create systems, spaces and programmes for participatory learning. Through Pale Blue I undertake engagements across the Arts, Tech and Humanities as a facilitator, communicator and programme designer and producer. I am currently developing climate restoration programmes in both the public and private sector internationally and working to facilitate positive futures with young leaders. Previously, I have worked with cultural institutions in London, UK and liminal spaces such as festivals on cultural programmes for thematically diverse public engagements. I am working with frameworks for regenerative practice in business and organisational design where I am living the question ‘How do organisations participate regeneratively in life sustaining systems?’ His current project is a cross sectoral and intersectional regenerative learning system called https://paleblueperspective.com/cards-for-life (Cards for Life) that helps individuals and teams think and act systemically by defining what regeneration means to them as both individuals and collectives.

He founded the Secret Garden Party and Wilderness Festival Forums, as well as many stand-alone discussion series in response to current affairs.In 2011, together with Mark Stevenson, he co-founded LOPO - The League of Pragmatic Optimists - a principle-led international platform and cultural change initiative for augmenting projects to 'make the world a better place'.Tom also works as freelance construction project manager and has been trialling more coherent ecological building methods for a decade. His creative practice focuses on the confluence of technology, humanities and ecology, weaving these into synergies that can deliver systemic change.
