I began my career journey as an Agency Recruiter at a Women-owned Staffing Agency, where I specialized in fostering diversity and technology inclusion. Through this role, I honed my skills in identifying top talent while championing diversity initiatives within the tech sector. Seeking new challenges and opportunities for growth, I transitioned to a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) position, where I supported Bank of America's Quant, AI, and Chief Data Office teams. Over four years in this role, I thrived in sourcing top-tier candidates and building strong partnerships with key stakeholders.Recognizing my contributions and expertise, I was offered an in-house role as a Lead Sourcing Specialist within the Global Technology division.
