As Operational Excellence Manager, I have been able to execute on my previous job experiences by creating workflows throughout the company to increase efficiency. I implemented several push reports for the Department Heads and C-level management. Effectively reducing the amount of time needed to prepare for and sit through meetings. I demonstrated my knowledge of operations by creating the reporting structure and automated pulling of data for the Project Managers to use when tracking and reporting on projects. The tools that I created have improved communication throughout the entire project life cycle, including between the Sales team, Engineering, Project Management, Inventory, Production, and Finance.

As Supply Chain Manager, I demonstrated strong leadership by successfully managing comprehensive supply chain operations, including procurement, receipt, inventory management, and shipping. My leadership facilitated a smooth and efficient operational flow across the company. I spearheaded the utilization and management of our ERP system (Intuitive by Aptean). My role also included ensuring timely delivery of procured parts, streamlining their flow throughout the organization, and continuously refining our operational processes. As Production Coordinator, I exercised my leadership skills by devising and implementing robust workflows for multiple concurrent projects. This strategic role required oversight of procurement, inventory management, fabrication, external processing, and assembly steps. I introduced a file management system providing quick project overviews, thereby bolstering multitasking and operational efficiency across the team. Implementation of the management system reduced the amount of time needed to manage projects to 1/8th of what they were before. My strong leadership resulted in improved project completion rates and streamlined production processes.

My progression within the inventory domain from an Inventory Analyst to Inventory Manager allowed me to cultivate and demonstrate a dynamic leadership approach. Initially, as an Inventory Analyst, I took charge of the financial aspects of the inventory system, produced detailed reports on inventory flow, and effectively calculated the inventory cost per project. As Inventory Manager, I further leveraged my leadership skills to oversee the inventory functions, manage payroll for inventory employees, facilitate daily operations of the inventory system, coordinate part-pulling, and devise work orders and outplant purchase orders, all while making necessary adjustments to the Bill of Materials based on production needs. During my time as Inventory Manager, I implemented processes and procedures that brought the year end physical inventory from a 5% adjustment to a 0.2% adjustment.
