Additionally, we required a strategy to ensure consistency in standards and quality metrics across its booking centres while complying with regulations in different jurisdictions. Both needs were urgent.To address these challenges, I developed a grassroots-driven blueprint after carefully analysing past mitigation gaps and shortcomings. I refined this blueprint in collaboration with relevant regulators and location heads and deployed it as a proof-of-concept, which involved establishing robust processes and teams.
