At Marshall & Stevens, my responsibilities include reviewing the executed engagement letter and scope of work for each assignment, requesting and reviewing documentation pertaining to the subject, analyzing regional and local markets, gathering and analyzing assessment, tax and zoning information, performing critical research on comparable properties including land sales, improved property sales, real estate tax comparables, comparable rents and operating expense comparables. Additionally, I am also involved in researching new business opportunities and managing relations with existing and potential clients for the firm.
