I am passionate about customer service, in everything from Sales, to Support, to the "messier end" of complaints and collections.. I believe strongly in an ethical approach to customer service both towards being fair, reasonable and customer experience, but also to providing a healthy and worthwhile experience for the staff providing that service. I believe that the various service industries are the big business of the future, with various technologies allowing us to increasingly automate the manufacturing and delivery of products, and that it is the decisions we make now in regards to how we treat both customers and staff that will effect the future of our industry.As a person who tends to be passionate about everything I do, I am constantly looking for ways to work better/smarter or to ask why things are done a certain way, and if we can improve that process for both our customers, our staff, and all other stakeholders.
