I'm an award-winning designer and technopreneur with a reckless disregard for failure. My skills portfolio is quite vast and as a principle, I am generally committed to being results oriented. My primary responsibilities include making all the major corporate decisions, managing the overall operations in the firm and acting as the main channel of communication between the board of directors and the corporate institutions we have strategic partnerships with.Personally, I am one of those people who don't like to follow societal norms and grew up in a bit of a fix; as I never really had any worthwhile privileges in life but have managed to educate and train myself into being the well-respected designer that I am today. I have been plucked from the warmth of my mother’s arms, gone through rejection from family, experienced the dusty streets of the poverty stricken high density areas and have lived as a street kid for a couple of years but have transformed myself into being a respectable member of high society. If anything, I am proud of how far I have come as a person and while our country faces so many challenges that some people might think are insurmountable, this may be their chance to believe that anything is possible. Great dreams can turn into boundless realities. Owing to a lack of funds, I never got to pursue a formal education so even though I am considered one of the best in every single business I have run, I am self-taught in everything that I know how to do. Albeit that I was orphaned at a young age, and having absolutely no business, political or religious connections, I have been fortunate enough to work with exceptional clients on projects that span from residential refurbishments and new-builds, all the way into key commercial, industrial and hospitality fit-outs. Quite interestingly, I have never been employed before, so my approach in business can be a little unorthodox at times but my methods have always seen us excell beyond the expected. In my firm, for instance, we subscribe to the notion that the habit of not taking care of those who take care of the client is the largest pitfall in the business. It's not the customer who is king, it's the employee. As long as they are happy and comfortable, the client will always be happy with the work we produce at Flutterby. It's a simple principle we live by, and so my first and biggest client is my employee. Inini I sell dreams, they make them come true and the client pays us to experience it ;)
