With over 1.5 years of experience as the Men's Director at Impact Retreat, I lead a team of volunteers and staff to plan and execute an annual four-day retreat for over 1,500 incoming college students. My role involves leading, teaching, mentoring, fundraising, and coordinating with various partners.My passion for creating positive change in individuals and communities stems from my diverse background in finance, sales, and ministry. I graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in finance, and honed my analytical and interpersonal skills in door-to-door sales at Evo Smart Security. I also spent two years as a College Ministry Resident at Grace Bible Church, where I developed my public speaking and leadership abilities.
