Next Retail are one of the UK's Leading Retailers. Working in one of the busiest stores, the floor managers role is to supervise and lead staff by example whilst ensuring all business needs are met. Building relationships with customers and answering all queries, including any escalations or complaints. Executing the daily running, planning and merchandising of the store. The floor managers role requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi task. My skills include but are not limited to: - Ensuring all rota’s are produced, with the correct amount of staffing levels throughout the week, in advance.- Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff. This includes carrying out one to ones, ensuring KPI's are met and disciplinary action is carried out when needed.- Ensuring that myself and staff promote business to increase sales.
