Assistant Financial Manager
Current• Managing the accounting department and reporting to Cluster Finance Manager. • Assist the Cluster Finance Manager in preparing financial reports, budgets and forecasts. • Monitor and analyse the financial performance against budget and forecast. • Oversee and work closely with Cluster team on Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable processes.• Review monthly Payroll file and ensure the timely distribution of salaries.• Maintain standard operation procedures in all aspects of day to day work in order to provide uniformity of works and meet departmental objectives.• Schedule and distribute the department works to Finance assistants in equal and efficient manner in order to complete the tasks on time, also make them competent in their daily work.• Liaise with Internal and External Audits to resolve any issues/submit the required details on time to complete audit of financial statements.• Review and approve purchase orders for the Hotel.• Maintain and update trackers such as (Insurance, contracts, accruals &CAPEX)• Hotel concessionaire agreements review and submits for management approval. To ensure that an organized up-to-date filing system is maintained for all related financial records (Digital & manual)
