My career goal is to obtain a position in the field of Business Information Systems that will utilize my knowledge of Windows, databases and project management software.I have been involved in a Senior Project while attending DeVry University for North American Corporation. The project involved the following tasks: an evaluation of the corporation's current stocking strategies, PAR levels, Economic Order Quantities and lead times for the Solo plastic bag inventory; an ABC Analysis on inventory; a determination of optimum reorder points and quantities for inventory and a minimization of time spent stocking Solo plastic bag inventory.All of these tasks were necessary to make North American Corporation's inventory more accurate and efficient.Also, I worked at the Addison Historical Museum as an intern for three months as part of an internship class while attending DeVry University.I was involved with the following tasks at the Museum: taking photographs of Artifacts, Documentation of Artifacts, Transferring photographs of the Artifacts to the desktop computer and Adding records of Artifacts in the Museum IO Database software.
