Research of various client side cybercrime attacks, including analysis of eFraud methods and techniques applied in the financial industry. Incorporation of research results into the products and delivery of ongoing security updates for Trusteer’s web fraud detection products.

Performs server, legacy support systems/network planning and configuration; assists in designing, configuring and installing servers; performs server and network technical direction; and performs troubleshooting activities to address problem areas.Assures all security configurations are adequate and meet Department standards; ensures technical conformance to the Department’s requirements; monitors operating systems to assure network protocols are operating efficiently; and provides client support.Attends and represents the Division at a variety of department meetings and coordinates and maintains collaborative relationships with other offices; assists with coordinating special projects; and ensures that documentation is current and accurate.
