Currently responsible for the migration of a German nationwide private mobile telephone network (GSM-R) with more than 3500 base stations to the next generation of mobile network technology. Managing a team of 20 network specialists with the responsibility for the precise migration planning and acceptance testing of new installations based on a strict process driven and quality controlled step-by-step approach. The migration process itself is supported by a modern workflow tool (Nintex/K2 Five) which has been under my control specifically developed for this migration project to increase cost efficiency and control the fulfillment of the required KPIs.
