I manage the overall production of a high speed converting machine. Tasks include managing 30 people on the production staff, organizing and maintaining the spare parts inventory for the machine, and overseeing the logistical operation for raw materials and finnished goods. I maintained a working communication with several customer contacts including machinery asset owner, waste disposal contractor, and other independant contractors involved in the production process.

I helped manage a crew of 8 -10 machine assembler in the construction of high-speed paper converting machinery. Involved in all phases of the machinery building process including parts procurement, painting, assembly, setup, teardown, and shipping to customers facilities. I worked with purchasing, supply chain, machining, engineering departments to ensure projects remained on schedule and were completed on time.
