As a R&D project manager at Ederna, my job consist in :- Manage simultaneously several R&D projects: optimization of evapeos® process- Evaluation of the process for customers' applications.- To raise funds for the development of the company.Ederna has developed a green alternative to thermal evaporation to concentrate active ingredients for cosmetics, food & beverages and pharmaceuticals.Concentration by our evapeos® process in mild conditions of operation retains most of the original colour, aroma and flavour (2x to 5x that obtained using current technologies) plus most of the molecular activity. Energy reduction during concentration is 40 to 98% lower than that used by other concentration technologies.
