I have over ten years’ experience with Capitec Limited, providing professional Estates and Facilities Consultancy Services across all aspects of Hard Facilities Management services to a range of clients associated with traditional healthcare NHS and PFI estates.My degree in Computer Science and experience in programming and systems design has led to a particular interest in the management of CAFM systems and the assessment, measurement and improvement of statutory, mandatory and contractual compliance.I also have an interest in quality management and am responsible for the development and implementation of my organisation’s Environmental and Quality Management System which enables me to effectively assist clients with compliance management.In pursuit of continued professional development, I have recently completed a Building Services Engineering Management master’s degree, furthering my depth and breadth of knowledge.
