Technical Sales Engineer
Current- Key responsibilities:
- Marketing and selling Epiroc products to existing and potential customers.
- Developing and implementing marketing tools and strategies for related products, such as parts promotions, part kits, and proactive sales approach.
- Managing the parts inventory and supply chain, including ordering parts in advance, negotiating prices with suppliers and vendors, and reducing excess or aged inventory through fire-sales.
- Managing the fleet of Epiroc machines, including working with customer service and service personnel to utilize the information from the fleet management system to support parts sales and forecasting.
- Managing the receivables collection and credit control, including ensuring customer accounts are below credit limit and in line with payment terms offered.
