I worked to lead team and coordinate all aspects of Food & Beverage Department; including daily dining room and bar operations, snack bar operations when in season, catering facilities, and meet all member requests related to Food & Beverage. While employed in this role our department saw dramatic reduction in cost of labor, food/beverage and other related areas while increasing revenue marginally, despite reduction in membership from previous season.
