TCM IP Services was founded to tailor Information Technology and Physical Infrastructure Solutions to our clients’ needs. As the Director of TCM, I am responsible for the delivery of our projects, both as a contractor and client side consultant, to a best in class standard.

Having worked closely on the growth of the Intelligent Buildings Department, my role focuses on heading up the design and project management of a number of time sensitive & challenging projects. Responsibilities include:• Business Development focused on Day 2 Works/Refresh Projects• Day to Day management of a team of Project Managers & Designers• Financial Responsibility - Day to Day Operations, Tender Pricing & Project Valuations• Identification of New Technology and Partners

Heading up the IP Services Infrastructure department, my role consists of:• Project Management and Design for Network, Power, Data, CCTV and AV projects• Overseeing a team of up to 15 Engineers & Technicians • Managing the deployment of WAN/LAN upgrades for IP Services Managed Desktop clients• Client Management & Problem Resolution • Identifying suitable partners • Response to tenders relevant to Infrastructure Projects such as Blown Fibre Solutions & WLANs

Primarily working as the on site body for London Bridge Quarter supporting a medium sized LAN consisting of a mixture of Juniper and Cisco hardware.Working across a variety of sites on AV, CCTV, VoIP, WAN/LAN & WLAN deployments

Providing on site desktop support for various clients in the UK, as well as working on numerous roll outs.
