Performed duties by assisting surgeons in elective cases for the following services orthopedics, gynecology, ophthalmic, vascular, general, plastics, endoscopies, ear nose, throat surgeries and Robotic surgeries• Observe and maintain aseptic technique at all times• In-depth ability handling surgical instruments; precise hand/eye coordination; passing instrument to physician, and assembling surgical instrumentation • Assume responsibility for setting up and passing instruments, holding retractors, and assist the surgeon, and assist with circulating duties as necessary • Assume responsibility for setting up and passing instruments, holding retractors, and assist the surgeon, and assist with circulating duties as necessary • Assist with skin preparation and draping of patient • Complete required sponge, needle and instrument counts following policy/procedure\
