Responsibilities:- Identify and attract potential clients and business service providers- Develop recommendations for clients to segment and prioritize target markets- Recommend integration of traditional and online marketing communications to create consistent messaging and brand identity- Recommend social media channels to utilize, in order to attract target audiences- Create content marketing strategies that attract and engage target audiences- Assist and guide the creation of strategic marketing and communications plans- Analyze business models and make recommendations on improving the effectiveness and efficiency, in reaching target markets. Achievements:- Have been involved in all facets of developing and launching a new ecommerce platform that will serve as a collaborative marketplace for C2C and B2C transactions.

The Students' Association, provides a diverse offering of services and programs, to the 18,500 full and part-time students of the University. Currently, the Students' Association is staffed by 21 full-time and 40 part-time enthusiastic employees. We maintain operations on a main campus (City Centre) and 3 satellite campuses.

- Developed and implemented strategic business and marketing plans for independent sales agencies- Served as a coach and business leader to a team of sales professionals- Managed the relationships with distribution channels, supply channels, vendors and end-users.- Managed business activities with the goal of exceeding customer expectations.

- Responsible for the overall management, profitability and business development of the organization.- Designed, created and implemented advertising strategies to attract patrons - Managed the communication process between the Staff and an elected Board of Directors in order to facilitate decisions that best met the needs and capabilities of the organization.- Managed and administrated a health and dental program for the employees and for the Students of the University of Regina.- Prepared and managed the financial budgets for all the operating units of a large multi-faceted nonprofit organization.- Recruited and oriented new employees.- Managed a staff of up to 65 people.
