About Thomas Mcdevitt
Thomas F. McDevitt is the Founder and Managing Partner of Edgewood. Mr. McDevitt has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of real estate and real estate capital markets. Mr. McDevitt has held senior real estate capital markets positions at Salomon Brothers, Citibank, Meenan McDevitt & Co. and Société Générale. Mr. McDevitt sold Meenan, McDevitt & Co., founded in 1991, to Société Générale in 1998. Mr. McDevitt received his A.B. from Harvard College and his MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Mr. McDevitt currently serves on the Boards of Neuberger Berman's Crossroads Private Market Funds III, IV.V, and VI as well as the Private Markets Access Fund. Mr. McDevitt has also served as a Director of Jones Lang La Salle Income Property Trust, Quadra Realty Trust, a NYSE REIT and Bank of America’s Excelsior Absolute Return Fund of Funds and Excelsior Buyout Investors. Mr. McDevitt is currently on the board of Foundations in Education in Bridgeport, CT and is on the investment committee for La Salle Academy in Providence, RI. Additionally, Mr. McDevitt has served on a number of other non profit boards including A Better Chance of Wilton, Community Nursery School of Wilton, and the Wilton Riding Club.
