Thomas McDonald is Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Jaguar Growth Partners. Headquartered in Miami with affiliated offices in Latin America and Asia, Jaguar Growth Partners (“JGP” or “Jaguar”) is a privately-held investment management firm focused on real estate companies and operating platforms. Founded in 2013 with Gary Garrabrant, Jaguar is distinguished by a partner-centric, highly active and collaborative approach to investing, optimizing value and achieving liquidity. Mr. McDonald is currently a Director of the Advisory Board of Jaguar Growth Partners and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Logistics Properties of the Americas (NYSE: LPA) and a Director of Bresco, Colombian Healthcare Properties, OPEA, Hoteles City Express (BMV: HCITY). He was previously a Director of Aliansce Shopping Centers (BZ: ALSC3), Vesta (BMV: VESTA), Gafisa (NYSE: GFA), BR Malls (BZ: BRML3), Tenda (BZ: TNDA3), Homex (NYSE :HXM), Parque Arauco (SNSE: PARAUCO), Crédito Imobilario, AGV Logistics, Bracor, NH Hoteles Latinamericana and Brazilian Finance and Real Estate.From 1999-2012, Mr. McDonald was Chief Strategic Officer of Equity International. Mr. McDonald is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, graduated from the University of Notre Dame and received an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
