Hi, I currently work for Marley Ltd as a yard team leader. I have been in this role for the past 7 years, I was also a material handler for 2 years before being promoted to my current role. I have been given yellow belt training early on in my role. I am committed to this role and have built up a great team who are all long term employees. I am currently part of the drugs and alcohol testing team within the workplace. I manage all tile stock onsite and have a great record of stock checks year in year out. I feel coming from a background of working my way up to higher positions within work places, being there and doing the same job as the personal I manage, I feel this gives me an edge on my man/women management skills. And the employees I manage are more open to having a better relationship with their team leader.
