Gov't Sales/managing Gov't sales vehicles/channel-reseller relationship management

Founded in 2007 by serial entrepreneur Sir Terence Matthews, headquartered in Ottawa, Magor’s mission is to inspire users to interact with video in new ways to create improved modes for productivity. As VP sales North America I worked directly with and reported to Magor's SVP Global sales and CMO and CEO. I was tasked with managing and shaping a team of sales individuals. I was involved with the development of company sales strategies as well input into business development and marketing, pricing models etc. My role included the development of Sales Channel Partners and Resellers and the development of the business contracts. I maintained a role as an individual contributor with strategic clients mostly within the Law Enforcement, Public Safety and Security, Defense Contractors (Canada and the US) and the Canadian Federal Gov't.

My role was as an individual contributor, developing Magor's client base was to forge a path to selling into the Gov't of Canada. I worked directly with and reported to Magor's SVP Global sales and CMO and CEO. I was fully engaged in and responsible for the development and process to be a vendor member of Federal Gov't of Canada, sales vehicles. My tasks were to Tactically and Strategically develop sales into Federal Gov't member Departments and Agencies. Further to Federal Gov't sales I was also tasked with development of sales to mid-large Corporations and Enterprises within Eastern Canada and the United States both in direct sales and to support Channel Partners and Resellers.
