I have worked for Prismatic Development Corporation (PDC) for over 19 years. My experience has encompassed all aspects of the construction business including Project Management, Estimating, Engineering, Finance, Compliance, Scheduling and Logistics. I give regular talks and seminars on compliance. Further, I have done lectures to various trade groups and agencies including the Port Authority of New York and NJ (PANYNJ) on various subjects and business management practices. Some topics are "The Toyota Way: 14 Management Principles from the World's Greatest Manufacturer by Jeffrey Liker", "Leadership in Turbulent Times by Doris Kearns Goodwin", "Traction Get a Grip on Your Business by Gino Wickman" and "On Change Management by John Kotter and other great writers". I enjoy participating and leading any roundtable discussions on a variety of subject matters. I also appreciate where I can help mentor companies in any field to grow their business and succeed, and I am a mentor in the PANYNJ Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program. I am also particularly passionate about workplace efficiency and anything involving the investing world.
