My role in Misco was to look for new business and grow this in to my working database. I was tasked with managing new customers who would be buying through our newly won framework agreements. I would call out and make customers aware of both contracts and the benefit of them buying through MiscoThis was really important as these frameworks would save customers thousands on their I.T budget. both these contracts are still in place and a worth in excess of 5m per year.

As an inside sales Executive my duties were to handle inbound calls from T-Mobile Customers that were wishing to either renew their handset, price plan or wish to leave T-Mobile! I would need to either recommend a handset based on the customers needs or recommend a better price plan. I also had to use my sales skills to turn around any cancelation requests into either a new handset, price plan or alternative!

Lead Generator - I would call out on potential prospect lists mostly provided by the company as a cold lead. I would speak to homeowners who may have recently been refused credit with finance companies in the past. The main objective was to generate interest then pass the customer on to one of our partners.Account manager - in this role I would be working on some warm leads and try to match my customers requirements with one of our panel of lenders.Underwriter - as an underwriter it was my role to work each loan application and make sure they were matched to the correct lender by going through the entire application and requesting the appropriate documentation for the customer.
