Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating to favorable result all Aptus Health contracts, including client, customer, vendor, employment, compensation, data use, contractor and all other agreements, including Master Services Agreements and Statements of Work. Initiated and completed streamlining of the contract review and approval process to increase company-wide efficiencies and internal customer satisfaction. Lead for all corporate matters, including maintenance of all Aptus Health’s records and registrations, drafting all corporate documents, including various consents of the Board of Directors, internal company agreements, and updated bylaws. Negotiated and completed the sale of wholly owned subsidiary and completed the divestiture of a specific lines of Aptus Health’s business. Completed the acquisition of a new company and the integration of its employees, intellectual property, and customers. Maintain Aptus Health's intellectual property portfolio, including patents, trademarks, and domain names. Internal lead in litigation matters, including inquiries from former shareholders, as well as bankruptcy matters involving the company’s clients. Work to ensure compliance with any and all new applicable U.S. and foreign laws, including, but not limited to, the General Data Privacy Regulations (GDPR).
