About Thomas Mckelvey

Thomas C. McKelvey joined the Navy Public Private Venture (PPV) team in August 2012 as a Project Manager for military privatized housing and is currently the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Southeast Branch Head/PPV Director/Business Agreement Manager. He previously served as the Headquarters Marine Corps staff as Family Housing Budget Analyst and General Officer Quarters Program Manager in June 2009. He assumed the additional duties as the Family Housing Program Manager in Feb 2012. He has an extensive background in Family, Flag and PPV Housing management including service as Stewart Family Housing Director and Marine Forces Reserve Regional Housing Manager from September 2002 – June 2009.
