• Responsible for the safety and security of customersPatrol the nightclub to preserve order among patrons and protect the property. Communicate with customers to detect and prevent improper activities. Responsible for defusing altercations before they become uncontrollable. Tactfully evict patrons from the premises as required. Serve as liaison between the venue and local law enforcement officers

Deter, detect, apprehend and process shop thieves and employees who violate company policy. Conduct investigations and surveillances as required. Conduct interviews with witnesses and alleged offenders. Compile reports in a professional manner and present evidence for the purpose of court or arbitration. Maintain co-operative relationships with police services in respective areas.
