• Test and Development Engineer in JCB Landpower Division, supporting the development of agricultural tractors (individual machine systems and whole vehicle) through continuous testing and prototype validation to final.
• Investigated product issues reported by customers and dealers; performed appropriate testing in collaboration with designers and suppliers to develop and implement solutions
• Completed necessary mechanical, software, electrical testing for internal gate engineering control sign-off
• Resolved technical issues of tractors occurring on the production line as escalated by the manufacturing engineers to ensure the correct functioning of the product

• Involved in the homologation and type approval testing of new tractor models to ensure UK roadworthiness, for example, completed internal testing and achieved Vehicle Certification Agency (VCA) approval for tractor.

Invited to return to JCB for a summer placement in the Wheel Loading Shovels Development department- Investigated service issues related to the newly released wheel loading shovel model, requiring team work, problem solving and considerable use of initiative and attention to detail.- Involved in the benchmarking of competitor machinesWas commended on.
