-Work on projects aiming at achieving straight-through processing of invoicing data -Ensure the quality of data fed into the invoicing process-Help building and ensuring correct maintenance of service subscription and service activation data-Liaise with production departments to ensure correct understanding and feed of data needed for invoicing purposes-Liaise with and give advice to the commercial teams to ensure correct capture, understanding, and operational feasibility of fee schedules-Raise and follow-through change requests related to data needed for invoicing purposes-Build and regularly produce reporting related to commercial success and key indicators-Work on ad-hoc queries related to invoicing data and commercial success-Provide support to the Invoicing team for the set-up of fee schedules or other changes driven by commercial activity -Maintain data within the Commercial Performance System (CPS)-Work on other projects relevant for or requiring expertise from the Commercial Performance Management department

Main tasks: -Ensure and develop the production of the Finance reporting for the Executive Committee-Ensure improvement of reporting related to invoicing and revenue-Ensure, participate and control internal reports concerning monthly and annual closings-Contribute to periodic and annual budget reviews-Participate in accounts' audit and reporting tasks

-Active participation to monthly financial closures in terms of sensitive data and reporting-Manage the team in charge of the production of clients’ invoices related to the OPC § PE/RE funds -Ensure the respect of all the deadlines, review all invoicing setups-Perform analysis (i.e.: profitability)-Develop and upgrade the current process in order to recover uncharged or unpaid fees and ensure continuity
