Plant Leader for the Migration of all Manufacturing and Supply Chain IT Systems to the PCD systems. With the move from General Motors to PCD (Peugeot, Citroen, DS; now Stellantis), Opel had to replace over 50 IT Systems, needed in Manufacturing and Supply Chain. Project coordination, understanding, priotising and tracking of Actions including the organisation of trainings of over 600 end user. Since Migration is done, the priotity is to ensure the uptime of the systems as well as improving and maintaining the systems.

Responsible for the strategic direction of Maintenance organization in the Eisenach vehicle assembly plant.Development and control of KPIs and Standards for Maintenance to verify effectiveness.Optimization of Maintenance processes such as Throughput Improvement (TIP), Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) and Lean Processes.Strategic decision making for investments on equipment and new technologies in collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering and Senior Leadership.
