Thomas Meredith has a well established 40-year history in the residential construction industry. He is highly skilled in the design development and construction management of residential additions, renovations, and high-end custom and speculative homes. A graduate from the School of Architecture at Virginia Polytechnic Institute his specialty lies in his ability to maximize project value by exploiting the hidden design potential of each job. Thomas's unique style of problem resolution and vigilant attention to detail allow him to offer his clients exceptional service and exclusive results. When he is not assisting his clients, Thomas can often be found serving the youth of his community on the playing field. After coaching soccer, lacrosse, and football for the last 12 years he is now coaching high school rugby for the nationally ranked Wando Rugby Club.
