Staff Trainer Officer (Facilitator)
CurrentI deliver operational training needs as required across multiple sites. This involves managing groups of people on a daily basis in numerous skills. I facilitate workshops and business presentations as required for both my Department and other areas of the business.Maintain communication links with both operational and project departments. For example it is my responsibility to ensure whilst training all business areas are aware of current training sessions. For example the main Contact Centre’s, ops leaders, CSL/TL, Recruitment/HR, resource planning, CCoF team.Assisting and maintaining a detailed training plan giving consideration to resource, room availability, and operational constraints.Influencing a project team to give support to advisors in the form of E Learning lessons as a refresher to ensure their skills were up to date prior to Sterling Training phase.Management and prioritization of ongoing changes required to training materials during transition of training to ensure minimal impact to training groups and existing users.Training team management cover by co-coordinating day to day task to a group of people who had been peers for many years gaining their continued respect and support and loyalty demonstrated by their willingness to 'go the extra mile' when time scales were tight.Responsible for reviewing the various delivery training teams materials, this included e-lessons, exercises and session plans.Maintain/update and deliver the soft skills package, not only to Contact Centre advisers but also support staff at Newcastle College as part of the CSR Project.
