Product Management is an area that ties in with marketing and training. I assist in the development of product matrix and how it is delivered to the public. Assist in the announcements, webinars, and promotion of the new product or current product updates or changes. Training and marketing both developed to support this area. Oversee management of our customer service and broker partner approval department.

Built a retail lending platform for the Colorado market utilizing an outside sales team to originate mortgage loans from Realtor’s, local builders, and calling on the existing portfolio. Taking the team to a monthly closed loan volume of 8 million leading up to the sale of the bank.

Developed a retail marketing campaign in a decreasing market environment which increased company closed unit volume from 20 to 100 units a month utilizing all mortgage products available at the time.
