- Responsible for management of Sales and Distribution related processes along the chain Independent Retail Partner/Swarovski Retail shop – Sales Company - global distribution center- Responsible to run several projects improving these processes on a global level- Leadership for direct reports located in Feldmeilen (CH), Singapore and Den Helder (NL)

Software development “Swarovski Distribution System” (comparable to SAP-SD and MM modules) and global rollout for all Swarovski Sales Companies globally- extensive travelling, several months on-site in each sales company- Software adaption for Point of Sale software for Swarovski Retail shops and rollout to Sales Companies in Europe- Leadership for direct reports located in Wattens
