My 30yr career took me through key stages of understanding the inner and outer value chain of a company competing in demanding markets such as automotive, medical, consumer electronics and building and construction. I spend time in R&D, Product Engineering, Sales Management and Marketing, led Manufacturing and Supplychain/ Procurement and Business Management finally where all competencies are necessary to understand the path of value from supplierbase to our customers customer. Also I lived in Startup, Midsize, medium and very large Multinational company where I learned about cultural, process and organisational differences the challenges but also the good aspects. All along I was able to grow as a trusted leader of direct reports but also of cross functional teams applying my principles of leadership of diversity, behavioural rules, importance of communication, goals and milestones and purpose. I am a quick learner, eager to assess situations, develop and implement solutions with endurance and passion. My business and financial acumen enables me to judge the state of the business quickly and take measure to improve the results short, mid and longterm with a clear and understandable roadmap.
